Nourhan Trading Group LLC in Carteret, New Jersey was inspected by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on July 18 for foodborne biological hazards and received one citation, according to data posted on the FDA’s official website.
The FDA website shows that the company was cited for the following problem: ‘You do not have or have not implemented written verification procedures and product specifications for ensuring that fish you import are processed in compliance with the Seafood HACCP regulation.’
