The Rutgers Boardwalk, presented by Visit New Jersey, will be open for two consecutive days as part of the R NIL x Homecoming Weekend in Piscataway. The event begins on Friday, October 17, from 6 to 10 p.m., and continues on Saturday from 2 to 6:30 p.m.

The festivities include safe trick-or-treating for children aged 12 and under, who will receive stadium-approved Rutgers Halloween bags and treats on both days. On Saturday, children can participate in a costume contest, play Simon Sez, and have a chance to win prizes at the pep rally. Parking for Friday evening is available in the blue and yellow lots.

The weekend also features several athletic events. On Friday night at 7 p.m., the No. 13 Rutgers men’s soccer team will play against No. 21 Washington at Yurcak Field. On Saturday evening, Rutgers Football will face No. 8 Oregon at 6:30 p.m., with fans encouraged to wear red and be seated by 6 p.m. for the “Light Up The Knight” pregame experience powered through the Scarlet Knights App.
