On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Metuchen High School standout Leslie Flaherty’s current college team, the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles, lost 5-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Pittsburgh Panthers.

The game took place at UCF Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. at UCF Softball Complex against Columbia Lions.
