Coordinated Family Care issued the following announcement.
CFC participated in a walk for Daniella's Gift; The Giuliana Maria Foundation Saturday June 3rd. Daniella was a Care Manager at CFC and passed tragically with her daughter in October 2020. Her family started Daniella’s Gift the Giuliana Maria Foundation whose mission is to help families with special needs children and those facing hardship. The walk was a great way to come together for a great cause!
