This morning in South Brunswick, Governor Phil Murphy, Senate President Nick Scutari and Assembly Speaker Craig J. Coughlin announced the expansion of the Affordable New Jersey Communities for Homeowners and Renters (ANCHOR) property tax relief program as a part of the Fiscal Year 2023 State Budget
