Middlesex County senior citizens are invited to join the Annual Senior Health and Fitness Walk being held on Wednesday, September 21st, 10 am to 1 pm at Roosevelt Park in Edison. This free event is open to the public and promotes the benefits of exercise and healthy living to seniors in Middlesex County.
